Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in Calvary Baptist Church for Oscar Hole, a resident of the Young's Chapel neighborhood, who died early Thursday morning. The pastor of the church, Rev. Paul Hubble, officiated, assisted by Rev. Eddie Bamish of New Ross. During the service Mr. and Mrs. Glen Wilkinson sang "Sweet Hour of Prayer" and "Face to Face'' accompanied by Mrs. Lee Cord. Also by Mr. Hole's request, the congregation sang "What a Friend We Have In Jesus". Serving as pallbearers and assisting with the flowers were Donald Switzer of Waynetown; Charles Binford, Bernard Hole, Graydon Cox of Darlington, Bernard Binford and Howard Wilkinson of Crawfordsville. Burial was in the family lot in Greenlawn Cemetery east of Darlington.--waw
